Harnessing Dreams: An Outlook into the Inner Workings of the Mind

Harnessing Dreams:
An Outlook into the Inner Workings of the Mind

Throughout human history, dreams have been revered as sources of profound wisdom, creative inspiration, and deep personal insight. Yet, in our fast-paced modern world, we often dismiss them as random firings of a resting brain.

Dreams are not a separate occurrence in our life experience. They are instead part of a continuous process that involves the day and the night and every aspect of life. This is the one thing I try to convey with my work with dreams: what we do in the day connects with what we dream, and what we dream connects to what we do in the day.

By bringing awareness to those processes, we are able to fully enjoy this experience that comes to us naturally.
